When scheduling your first appointment, we will ask for your insurance information so that we can verify benefits and eligibility prior to their appointment. This information can be found on your insurance card or the insurance company’s website. We want to make sure there are no surprises during your first appointment at our office. Additionally, at the end of the appointment, we file all dental claims on behalf of our families as a courtesy.
We see families at our office who have insurance coverage through the few companies with whom we are considered out-of-network. Typically, these companies still have great out-of-network benefits which can be applied to your treatment. We often find that they match the coverage that is offered by their in-network providers. Regardless of network status, we will file dental claims as a courtesy on your behalf.
